Chris Anderson
Owner
A lifelong Connecticut resident, Chris grew up in Orange and developed an entrepreneurial spirit at a young age. Today, he is proud to own and lead Orange Landscaping, building a business rooted in the area where he grew up.
Chris believes great landscaping should work in harmony with its natural surroundings. He is passionate about native plantings, natural landscape practices, and creating outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and sustainable. Just as important is his commitment to giving back and making a positive impact in the local community.
Chris lives in Woodbridge with his wife and two children, where his connection to family, community, and the outdoors continues to shape the values behind Orange Landscaping.
Marco Vitiello
General Manager
With more than 20 years in the landscape industry, Marco has built his career around his passion for plant and lawn health care. His extensive knowledge of plant health, soil conditions, pest and disease management, and proper lawn care allows him to identify problems early and develop thoughtful solutions that keep landscapes healthy and thriving.
Prior to joining Orange Landscaping, Marco served as Branch director for a Mariani Premier Group company in Wilton, Connecticut. He brings both leadership experience and a hands-on understanding of what it takes to care for exceptional landscapes.
Marco lives in Orange with his wife and family and enjoys sharing his plant-care expertise with clients and the Orange Landscaping team.
Tina Wills
Office & HR Manager
Tina brings more than 25 years of experience in the landscape industry to Orange Landscaping. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading landscape organizations, including Mariani Premier Group, one of the nation’s largest outdoor living companies.
Tina’s extensive background includes serving as both an HR director and National director of Training & Development, where she focused on developing people, strengthening teams, and supporting organizational growth. She is also a DiSC® Certified Practitioner.
Since joining Orange Landscaping, Tina oversees office operations, accounting, and HR, using her experience to support the team and provide clients with exceptional service and personal attention.
